I am a freelance journalist and editor currently living in Brooklyn.

I am writing a book about magic, and the secret lives of the subculture's most prominent young magicians, for Dey Street Books / HarperCollins. 

My VICE Sports feature "Breaking Kayfabe: An Inside Look at WWE's Unlikely Business Empire" was shortlisted for the 2016 Associated Press Sports Editors Explanatory Award. 

Bloomberg also put me on television three times and the radio once

I am a member of Study Hall, a journalism collective in Brooklyn.

I also speak regularly at universities both about writing and entrepreneurship. I have given speeches at Champlain College, City University of New York, and Hunter College.
